Monetize plugin does not work properly

Dear support,

I checked monetize plugin with your demo version. It's a very very useful plugin.
I think it needs a whole investigation. for example there is two kind of bump up and highlight inserting in admin panel.
1. at the monetize plugin 2. at the monetization -> listing packages
number 1 is for defining new bumpup and highlight package and number 2 is for defining default bumpup and highlight numbers at the specific package.
Number 2 is totally unusable and how two options work together.
Also i did not see any bump up even after successfully doing it. No bump up at any listing box. Highlight is working better.
Please retest and recheck it. Also i recommend look at the bumpup process in kijiji.ca . it is based on number 2.
