Display all cars Make in a pge

Hello everyone,

I want to display all cars Make in a new page called browse by make, and i need the page controller for the new created page to display them.

I have a content box that display them in tabs, but i need the page controller to display them all, the result must be similar to the screenshot in attachment.

icons are not necessary, only makes will be awesome.

is there anyone who knows the page controller to display that content ?
