I'd like to add State and City search fields without adding the Country field. If I do that though, the State and City fields are greyed out.

you should be able to go into the data base and make all but one inactive ? also set that one to the pre selected default option, (tick it) do not leave it blank to auto populate.Ideally, I'd like to get rid of all countries except one. How can this be done?
