Is it possible to add a mp4 video to a news page for example

I have uploaded the mp4 to my server but is there a way to now show it on a news / faq page ?

You can try to use the HTML5 video tag for it: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp
But i suggest you to upload your video to youtube and after to add the integrated code to news.
