Problem with Listing Import/Export and Location

I have a concern about importing listings.

Everything works fine but the region and the city are not taken into account. Only the country is taken right.

I use Multi-field/Geo filtering Plugin > Country > Region > City

After import > Country OK > Region NO > City NO :s
