Does flynax supports InnoDB?

Say i want to convert all mysql tables to InnoDB

I will be configuring the server to use innodb back the server current doesn't supports innodb

You should change only tables format. In the Flynax script you should not change anything.

Ok I changed the tables and all is working however i see MyISAM 2 files

I changed them also.
