Escort Wide Change menu items

I basically just want to replace "Add a profile" by some other text.

I tracked down the file that display the menu items and it's : /templates/escort_wide/tpl/menus/main_menu.tpl But it seems to get the menu from some kind of variables. I've been looking in the backend where can I change these variables but couldn't find it.

Any help is appreciated.
