Disable Enable Countries Regions Cities

I think it would be helpful to have it here in the forum SQL queries for
1. How to set all countries active/inactive.
1b. How to set all countries inactive except one.
2. How to set all regions active/inactive.
3. 1. How to set all cities active/inactive.

Maybe there is a reason why bulk data entries management is not made as a feature.
