Would you please explain me why do you need to move Admin panel to https? But I have checked your admin panel with https and with http and working good with both.

Just forgot to move it back to http when making test to understand the issue.
Now everything is fine. i submitted again my sitemap to Google and Bing. I hope this time will work like a charm!
