It's not clear, please what you really want to change: the ccs rule for this container or the html of page?

You can add your new css rules to style.css file for any of container.
It located here: \templates\general_wide\css\style.css
You can use this rule for listing details page only: .listing-details .main-section { ... }

I cannot fix another your problem with listing page because i don't have access. Please create a ticket with this issue.
