The pictures do not appear in the feature box or in the ad lists.
The pictures appear only on the detailed page of the ad.

I'm afraid after update i have same problem now .and dont know what to do
after update to 4.52 have some errors at admin too .. dont count new ads and picture .. the piture u should open in admin then Choose main of ads picture then coming on site

I still have no plugin installed, just update 4.5.2.
I installed: Update patch from v4.5.1 to v4.5.2
should I install: Update patch from v4.5.1 to v4.5.2 (Classifieds).
What is the difference?

The difference would be if you just have the old classifieds script I guess you can use the classifieds upgrade if you have the all in one script then you would just use the normal upgrade.
If this is a system error you need to raise a ticket, but not sure how long you will wait to get it fixed.
