If I clicking on the categories on homepage have any problem :-(

the link looks :

de/animal/dogs-puppies.html

after cklicking in browser:

de/de/animal/dogs-puppies.html

and give a error :-(

I don't know now what is the problem, then is not in all categories one have not!
