Finding a listing on the Admin area

i need to know how to find a specific listing from the Admin Panel>listings, i see there is a filter but that filter is not enough to find an exact specific listing, if there is a look up by reference number it will help a lot.

Also i see filter by ID (see attached) but that ID is not shown in the User interface.

i figured this one out, by using the reference number plugin and setting the value of admin panel > Basic Settings > reference Number to #ID#, now when i create any new listing it shows the ID number in the user interface. the ID can be used in the filter in the admin area to find any listing by ID.
