Please help me put google ads in a div box

There is a google ads div box on the right of the picture. How do I achieve the same result?
Making google ads show in a div box that has a description title: "Advertisement" on top and centered. Then google ads content below with padding.

I'm currently using a content box with smarty and html seems not to work.

Have you tried a banners box for the google ad and just a html box for the title / "advertisement" header

Oh, but it doesn't look like the one in the picture. Sorry I'm not so good with coding. I just want to make the ads shows in a fixed square content box with gray background a bit transparent and padding may be 5px with advertisement on top and centered.

I haven't tried it yet, Pete. I only used content box since it a bit simpler

Hi Wei, the ad i showed you is not square because i used a responsive ad type in google Adsense. so if you go to google adsense and create a code for a fixed square dimension ad it will show sqaure in the contenet box.
