Format phone number in pdf file

Hello,

I need to change format number phone in user account because is not conform from FRANCE, and the information in pdf file is not good

in France the phonenumber is composed of 10 digit.

Today in the pdf file, the phone appear like that "+xx (xx) xxx-xxx" and i need "xx xx xx xx xx"

one field instead of 3 in the user account
And in the mysql table the field VARCHAR is ok for 10 digit, I think it is not useful to transform ?
