field bound boxes error help

I have created a field bound box, and now it gives 404 error when i test it. Why?Have done what is needed

i just deactivated it and uninstalled it.

Hi viktor i wanted to use it for the cars categories and add car types with logo. But when clicking the car type name, it came with error. For i wanted to use it.

it is working now after reinstalling it.
