error 404 when selection view sellers other items ?

As a visitor when selecting view sellers other items I get the 404 error, for the love of me I can not find what page is controlling this error to see if permissions are set correct.

the url reads > http: // www .mysite .com/myusername/#listings

It seems that having geo filter selected on the page created this error ? but still have lost the view sellers other products option, so if anybody knows what trick we need to display that option it would be appreciated.
