try adding those listing fields to your main listing builder section first (if they are not there) then switch over to tile builder and they should be there, once you have added them you can go back to the listing builder and remove them if you want to.
strange all my categories have nothing selected to them in the form builder. But they showing when adding a listing to the category. Why could this have happened? Cache issue or db?

You have listing type: http: //your_site/admin_panel_folder/index.php?controller=listing_types&action=edit&key =list
Where you selected General category and then you build it here:
http: //your_site/admin_panel_folder//index.php?controller=categories&action=build&form= submit_form&id=1
all other empty categories will use fields from general category.

i had edited all my categories with fields in them. But suddenly they are all gone, so i have to add fields to the categories again now.
