Profile version 4.5.1 bug With City !!!

Hello , when I add the "city" field in the account profile , there is an issue with the database ...

MYSQL ERROR ???

Any idea ?

I found a solution.

Add the city and region and change the id in the database because an error message says it is already used.

ccountry_level1 for region/state
ccountry_level2 for city

Go to database to modify ccountry_level1 > country_level1 and ccountry_level2 > country_level2

And Work fine !!!
