Image uploading without registration problem .

Hello

Only when I try to upload image during listing added, without registration or creating account , the image does not upload and the button shows (loading....)
But when i add listing after signing up , the image has been uploaded normal without problem .

I tried some solutions in this forum . but cannot fix it.
