How to change value of max image file size?

Hi
How can I change the value of the max image upload file size (ie. $max_file_size ) shown on the Upload Images page, as well as the actual size of the image upload file itself?

Currently it's set to "10 MB".

Hello All,

Flynax script before upload images on server resize images to ~300kb. That's why doesn't matter what images will you upload on site because our js script resize it.
And I think you can remove text about recommended image size. I think will be better notice about minimal resolution of images because sometimes users upload very small images.

Open tpl > blocks > photo_manager.tpl and edit the first line.
