membership plans help undestanding

Hello Pete!!, Alright?

I would like to delete all common plans and use only the membership option, done that, but I think it is giving error.

When the end credits (number of ads) the system displays on the screen the following message:

"The Administrator has not yet assigned any listing packages to the category,
Please contact the Administrator. "

Can you help me? if possible?
