phone number format

Can someone help me make the phone number, so there is a dropdown for country code, and only 1 box after for the number.

Or at least only one box for country code and one box for number. Since it is not like that now. See image of what i dont want it to look like. I have removed area code number in field setting. But it shows still 3 boxex. I only want 1 box.

And if someone can help with the dropdown country code.
