I want to create a full-screen box, the same as the supply standard content boxes, but fullscreen wide in full screen, the same as the footer.

You should add new box type in db>>fl_blocks
then add new box type in ftp://libs>>system.lib.php
then add new phrase
and then go to ftp://templates>>your_template>>tpl>>content.tpl find and copy code from some box and add where do you want to see it. And change some style for your new box.
