session time out of flynax script serious problem

i sent to my server support this message


"i have this website https://www.msrcar.com/ the users Complain because they are auto log off every short time the session time is too short could you help making the session of logging in is for unlimited time"


they reply:

Please do check with your developer to update the login session to unlimited. This is not an option available on server configuration to set.

and i have two websites the another website keeps session unlimited time without any change on server but the flynax website doesn't keep the session so it is flynax problem not server problem
so could you please help ?

i talked to the support before but the problem didn't resolved yet from along time
the issue is you should make the script keeps the session for along time because this is very important for users

Your session life for 1 hour: session.gc_maxlifetime = 3600 sec
I think it is long time.

I suggest you change parameter: session.gc_maxlifetime and set 86400
