Few Questions about Implementation

I would like to implement some stuff, so here they are:

1. How to show the "Information" account field in dealers page? For example when i open test.mydomain.com (dealers page) i want to include the "Information" field there.
2. How to add zoopim live chat?
3. How to make listing box (or carousel) that shows ONLY listings added by dealers?
4. How to get the "Country" from this variable {$seller_info.country} ... Now i get countries_USA ... I would like it to be only USA.
