url errors in google webmaster

i noticed some internal errors 500 server error



so i talked to server support ad they said

I have checked the server and could see that below error in apache log.

its looks like the rewrite rules in htaccess causing the problem, You may please check this with the help of a developer /your system admin.

so could you help solve this issue ?
