    Tech support not responding

    Dear Kevin,

    I generate my Ticket ID WTB-599485 on 9th Feb, you asked server details which I shared with you, since than not heard from you.

    I tried to contact Two through live chat team, through phone call and email on support ID. however no revert soon till today. its more than 10days now.

    Atlist inform, why its getting delayed or how much time you need to respont on my Ticket. I waited entire day than but no revert on my ticket.

    Hope my quarry will be resolved as early as possible.

    Sorry for this terrible delay in Kevin's reply, your migration data request is in turn (we have a few similar request before your)
    and I hope our guys will be able to complete your migration next week, they will keep you updated.

    Also my recommendation, you'd better calling our live chat to update the ticket status.
