error to update a standard ad on a featured ad

Hello

Sometimes when I use the option to upgrade my ads from my user panel and I want update a standard ad on a featured ad, appears this error "error occurred Logic, Flynax support please contact ..." but the ad is updated correctly on a featured ad.

This only happens when converting a standard ad on a featured ad.

Create a ticket to resolve any glitches, the forum is just more casual chat etc

I have several entries in the forum and several tickets and no one answers. Even I have a ticket unresolved for 2 months. I waited several days but I'm not feeling comfortable with this situation

So your saying that tickets are not being resolved in a timely manner? 2 months for a ticket and nobody has replied ? that seems pretty bad service, but before it can be called that perhaps flynax need a right of reply or chance to explain first?
