The plugin Multi-field/Geo filtering does not work correctly

The plugin category filter, it does not support multiple entries Multi-field /Geo filtering. When there are multiple active inputs of Multi-field /Geo filtering, It does not show the data correctly in the filters.

When there is only one active input of Multi-field / Geo filtering, the filter works correctly.

Can anyone tell if this is a mistake? or the category filter plugin, only supports a single entry of plugin Multi-field/Geo filtering.

The category filter must works properly with all levels of multi-locations.
