How to upgrade form 4.4.0 to 4.4.1

How do I upgrade from 4.4.0 to 4.4.1 ? Unzip the files and remove install directory?

Is there any way to upgrade to 4.4.1 without performing whole installation again? Can this be applied like patches for the plugins are?

but if you have many customization I do not advise implement it. Will be better if you create a ticket and explain what features do you want to move from latest version to your site. Because you can lose or break your customizations or site totally.
