Hello Joel Maldonado,
on your 2-nd screenshot I see admin panel and may be you choose standard type instead of featured because this plan is package and has featured and standard listings.
Please add listing through front end and choose Featured plan or upgrade your listing to Featured.
Also you can set featured status through Admin Panel >> Listings Choose listings into grid with checkboxes from left side of grid then in bottom of grid you will see dropdown choose Upgrade to Featured and click GO. Then bellow you will see featured plans. Choose 1 and click Save.
