No, not all links works fine. I posted also a photo from your demo site and i said what happened
OK i describe here step by step for the general wide ( but any version has same problem in 4.4 version)
1 Go to any demo site
2. Login to admin and go to Listing types
3. Change FULL LINKS to SHORT LINKS
4. Now go to http://general.demoflynax.com/listings.html scroll down and click the next page
You will get this error

I changed: ftp://includes>>classes>>rlHook.class.php method: smartyFetchHook
find code:
and change to:PHP Code:Only registered members can view the code.
then find code:PHP Code:Only registered members can view the code.
and add replace to:PHP Code:Only registered members can view the code.
save and check again.PHP Code:Only registered members can view the code.

I updated the code and not working as expecting... My issue also related to other there in this forum.
All the pagination working fine with no any issue now....but still the Categories pagenation not making any thing...
If I click in page number 2... the same page will refresh.
Is this an .Haccsess issue? or Php/SMarty issue.
Please.... if you have 5 min just give me a hint..
