You can remove it from template only:
1. go to the /templates/escort_velvet_flatty/tpl/content.tpl
2. find and remove following code from bottom of file:

Only registered members can view the code.

Also after removal html code you should remove 1 style in file: ftp://templates>>your_template>>css>>style.css at line ~ 493

find class:

Only registered members can view the code.

and replace to:

Only registered members can view the code.

save and then check.
