Account types and posted_by

I have setup 10 account types and each one can post listings in certain categories

Quick forms includes a drop down field "posted_by", but show ALL account types and not them that have relation with the appropriate category
In listing fields in posted_by field is a message : the field has system attributes; you cannot manage additional options of it.

What can I do in order to show only account types that have relation with certain categories in search forms?
