Duplicate listings URL's

Hi,

When you view listings using the location box, you can view the same listing using several URL's. Duplicate URL's are very bad for search engine optimisation.

For example, the same listing can be viewed: http://realty.demoflynax.com/united-...th-st-164.html
http://realty.demoflynax.com/united-...th-st-164.html
http://realty.demoflynax.com/united-...th-st-164.html
http://realty.demoflynax.com/propert...th-st-164.html

Can we use just the one URL for the listing? Say : http://realty.demoflynax.com/1723-w-12th-st-164.html
or : http://realty.demoflynax.com/apartme...th-st-164.html
