How to update URL for SEO purposes

Hi,

I am using the pets template, I just have one issue and that is when you click on a category and then on a county in the filter box, the URL looks like this..
http://www.petsplace.ie/pet-services...ers/county:10/

if there a way to replace the number 10 with the actual county (so the above looks like dog-groomers/county: Dublin/

I think the county is being read from a listing fields dropdown box, so I'm guessing its using the id instead of the value of the dropdown item.

Does anyone know how I can update the URL?
