If technical questions are being answered here and people pay for the support, then what is the point of using esupport website?

eSupport is faster and mostly be done by the dev., so you don't have to do anything rather than testing. Here you can ask for simple custom fix here and there, and not all are answered. eSupport answered all of your questions.

Also some times if you check posts on forum you will find posts from us like: "Would you please create a ticket ..." because here we are solving small obvious problems or bugs.
