How to disable block "contactar con el propietario" in page

You need go to the admin panel -> blocks -> edit this box -> and remove the View details page from list of pages where it shows.

Also you can try to remove some code. Open file: ftp://templates>>your_template>>tpl>>blocks>>listing_det ails_sidebar.tpl
and remove or commented code between lines: 3 and 48
