Hello Paul,
You should learn your admin panel. You can do many many things through Admin Panel. Go to Admin Panel >> Categories >> find category and click build icon and choose Build Submit form.Then you can move fields from right column to left and from bottom to topPlease read our manual for doing something in admin panel,
