New install getting error in rlDb.class.php

I just moved my site from one account to another on the same host but had to move to another server- I am getting this error when I try to access the site.

Is this a php 5.5.32 (new server) problem as we moved from the old server on php 5.3.29?

If it is what can I do??

Ok fixed - used the PHP Version Manager in cpanel to go back to 5.3 and all working <phew>
