How do I change the order of fieldset on listing page?

Hi, maybe I am doing something wrong, but not find where to set the fieldset order on the listing page (listing_detail groups)

We would like to put the last block contact details to the first.

Usually in categories either:

Mastor category (if you use this) choose to build submit form, and rearrange the fields

or

build submit form for every category you wish this to show.
