How to edit the number of days a (featured) renew email posts out on ?

I have set my featured upgrade to seven days, but the email notice to renew is also set to seven days, so what happens as you add it, at the same time it tells you to renew ? is there a way to edit the time frame of that email please ?

Hello Pete,

You need check your cron configuration via admin panel -> common -> configurations -> Cron jobs (Send an expiration notice in advance), if i understood your problem correctly.
