Custom Error 404 page?

Hi Guys.
I'd like to create a custom Error 404 page. Is there a best way to do that with Flynax?

Or should I just create an "Extra Page" and then use .htaccess to re-direct?

Would be good if you could add content blocks to the 404 page in admin by been able to 'tick' the checkbox on pages to show on. So you can add text or even other listings block.
