    I've opened a ticket with highest level of severity, urgently, etc.
    Ticket ID: BGN-319535
    Until now I haven't received any feedback.
    Just want to know if there is anyone who will respond.
    And for Flynax marketing team (if there is any): a good support will make your sales to grow.
    Until now I've asked on this forum some question - no answer until today (50 days ago).
    On live support, I start to tell my problem and in the end the classic answer: open a ticket.
    When I open a ticket the answer is received after days of waiting (I hope).

    So, Flynax Team, any plans to enhace client support?

    About ticket. It will Technical question and you need to submit in Technical Department.
    I checked your ticket and answered you.
