Hello Wei,
Contact Us page it's static page and all change can be only in code. If you want we can create some fields but through ticket. Please create a new ticket and we will add it for you.

I used the add content box feature in the admin panel to accomplish this. It was the simplest way I could get it done.
Hi Viktor, Thanks for the suggestion but I know there are too many tickets for the team and I would prefer to try following Mr. Wilson first before submitting the ticket.
Hi Wilson: Could you please explain more in detail how did you manage to do it with add content box? Do you mean to add a content box with all of the info and make it to show only on Contact page?
