    I have a small question for a dev, but can't wait 4 days for a ticket.

    I have opened a ticket, I guess we are in opposite time zone ;-)

    Could you look at the ticket? MUO-426123
    Nothing bad, but I'd like to know fast when and how much it could.
    It is easy job, I could do it myself, but don't have the time this week.

    This ticket was created yesterday only and today our co-worker answered to you. I don't see any 4 days without responses.
    He will answer you ASAP but you should wait sometimes because we have many other clients and tickets.

    Hello,
    It is ok, I wanted to chat with someone yesterday when possible. 30 second of chat is easier sometimes than tickets ;-).
    Nevermind, it is ok and I think we have too much time zone difference.

    we need for Technical questions it will be easy to understand and resolve problem quickly otherwise it will take more time to fix the problem see my case I have updated my URL 6 months back like www.citiname.jippy.in it has lot problem one by one keep showing problems. If Live support this problem we can explain easily. Please Understand customer problems.

    We have live chat support but for general questions. All technical questions and problems we are solving in tickets that's why you should create a ticket with good explanation in and may be with screenshots and we will solve it ASAP.

    Tickets are taken for ever to answer though. The flynax team really needs to up their game....
