Split fields in two like make/model

Hello guys!

I need your help!
On auto classified you can see that the make/model can be split in two First you can choose Make and after in the next option if you want you can choose model (see photo 2)

In the other fields(see photo 1) is only one to choose but i want to make it like the make/model fields.

Anybody can help me?

Not sure if you can do it wit the normal fields. But i think you can achieve this using the multi field plugin. I would give that a try

I did the same setting, works at search form but not at Home page or Search On Map page. Why?
