Hello Mirza,

You can try to install tag clouds plugin. But it will be new block with tags and you may create a new page and set new block with tag clouds only for this new page and set position top and block without design

Tag Cloud box by default can be only one, but it can be displayed differently. There are 3 different methods to display tag cloud which are - simple, gradient, circle.

But the box is only one.

If you want different boxes please clarify, maybe you want different tag cloud boxes for different listing types ?
