Thread: How often do support watch the tickets ?

    How often do support watch the tickets ?

    Just wondering if you guys at the support only watch your ticket/mail 1 time per day.
    I have waited all day for a response on my ticket regarding custom template.

    At this rate it will take ages before you guys will even start working on template

    So please check and answer tickets more often.

    Hello Peter,
    Sorry for the delay with your ticket but there are a few conditions why we may be late with the reply:
    1. Department, if your ticket about custom modification it means that it is in Custom Modification department
    which has not the highest priority. The Technical dep. has the highest priority.
    2. Ticket status, the critical or emergency tickets has red label in our system and we are trying to check such
    ticket faster. But it doesn't mean that you should mark all your tickets as Critical
    3. Ticket owner, sometimes your ticket may be assigned to our developers, in this case your task will be done
    on high level but take some more time.

    The bottom line; if you want to get know the ticket status or hurry up the ticket owner, call our live chat.
